Free is read-only, and it stays free. See your whole configuration, compare any two snapshots, map dependencies, and run a structural What-If. When you need to change your Zendesk, not just watch it, a paid plan unlocks the write path.
Your 14-day trial covers every Multi-Instance feature across 2 Zendesk instances, and it never dead-ends. If you are not ready to buy when it ends, you keep a free account with your last 10 snapshot versions intact, so your config history stays warm until your next change project lands.

Billing questions
Do you have a free plan?
Yes. Configly has a free-forever tier that is read-only: see your whole Zendesk configuration, compare snapshots, map dependencies, and run a structural What-If, at no cost. To change your Zendesk with Apply Changes, you upgrade to a paid plan. You start with a 14-day trial that includes every Multi-Instance feature across 2 Zendesk instances, and if you don't subscribe you move to the free tier automatically, keeping your snapshot history.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You don't lose your work. Choose a paid plan to keep full access, or do nothing and your account moves to the free-forever tier: a read-only account that keeps your configuration and snapshot history, so you can pick up where you left off when you're ready to buy. No credit card, no surprise charges.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year with a 20% saving.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice for Multi-Instance and Agency tiers.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly. Toggle "Annual" above to see the discounted prices.
What if I need more than one instance on the Solo plan?
The Solo plan is designed for a single Zendesk instance. If you manage multiple instances, the Multi-Instance plan gives you everything in Solo plus support for multiple instances, GitHub Sync, and cross-instance comparison.
