Billing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a plan to continue using Configly. If you don't subscribe, your account remains accessible for 7 days to export any data, then it's deactivated. No surprise charges.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year with a 20% saving.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice for Multi-Instance and Agency tiers.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

What if I need more than one instance on the Solo plan?
