Beta Terms

We're building Configly in the open and you're getting early access. Here's what that means.

Free During Beta

Configly is completely free while in beta. No credit card required, no hidden charges, no strings attached. Use every feature, connect your Zendesk instances, and see what Configly can do for your team.

When we launch out of beta:

• Beta users move to a paid plan immediately. There is no free trial period after launch — the beta is your trial.
• You'll have 7 days to select a plan. We'll give you plenty of notice before launch, and you'll have a full week to choose the plan that works for your team.
• If you don't select a plan within 7 days of launch, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. We won't hold your data hostage or nag you — if Configly isn't right for you, we'll cleanly remove everything.

Early Bird Pricing

We want the people who shape Configly to benefit from it long-term. That's why every active beta user gets 50% off their plan, for life.

Here's how it works:

• "Active" means using Configly and sharing feedback. You don't need to be a power user — just someone who's genuinely trying the product and letting us know what works and what doesn't.
• The discount stays with you as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the early bird rate won't be available.
• This offer is exclusive to beta users. It won't be repeated after launch. No coupon codes, no "we brought it back" promotions. This is our way of saying thanks to the people who helped us build something worth paying for.

Beta Disclaimer

Configly is currently in beta and is provided "as is". We're actively building and improving the product, which means:

• Features may change. We're iterating based on feedback. Some features may be added, modified, or removed during the beta period.
• Data may be reset. While we make every effort to preserve your data, beta releases may occasionally require resets. We'll always give advance notice.
• Availability is not guaranteed. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta period.
• Not a sole source of truth. Configly should not be relied upon as the only record of your Zendesk configuration. Always maintain your own backups and documentation for critical configuration decisions.

By requesting beta access, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
